Regular event updates will be sent to the registered mobile number. These should not be treated as spam, and no action should be taken against our SMS/email provider, the Event Manager, or Sponsors.

Participation in running, long-distance running, cycling, or swimming involves health risks. The Organizer shall not be liable for injury, death, or property loss arising from participation.
Participants must consult a physician and undergo a medical examination to confirm their fitness to participate.
All risks associated with the event (e.g., falls, weather, traffic, accidents, terrorist threats) are the sole responsibility of the participant.
The Organizer and Sponsors shall not be liable for any loss, damage, illness, or injury during participation.
Participants agree to follow all instructions issued by the organizers in the interest of safety.
Participants must stop the race if instructed by the Race Director, IPA Chennai Chapter Chairman, Medical Staff, or Aid Station Volunteers.
Participants consent to the use of their name, photographs, and media recordings for event publicity.
Participants acknowledge and agree that their personal data may be stored and used by the Organizer, Sponsors, or authorized companies for event administration, promotion, and statistics.
In case of adverse weather, incidents, or restrictions, the organizers reserve the right to stop/cancel/postpone the event.
Confirmed registrations and merchandise orders remain non-refundable and non-transferable.
The organizers reserve the right to reject any application without reason. Rejected applications will be refunded (excluding bank charges).
No refunds will be provided if:
A participant cannot attend on race day.
The event is affected by unforeseen circumstances or government restrictions.
For minor participants, registration is subject to review and approval by the Race Management Team. Parents/guardians must confirm permission and accept that all terms apply to the minor as if they were an adult.
Participants must adhere to the race cut-off time for safety and health reasons. Staying on the course beyond the cut-off time is not permitted.
Participants are expected to fully cooperate with the organizers at all times.
